Policy Limit Settlement. A 39-year-old male drove off the side of the road and parked in the grassy part of the median on his left side because of the road’s icy conditions. The defendant, who was fast approaching, slid off the road and hit his truck, flipping it. He was ticketed for driving too fast under the current weather conditions and pled guilty to the ticket.
